Hamdullah, we finally found a place which makes great Biriyani. Uncle in @biryani_guys in Gants Hill really knows what he’s doing 😋 Went for the spicy chicken, and it didn’t let me down on the spice level 🌡, I’m gora, so I love my spice, but it certainly packed a punch for this dish. Normally I complain that yogurt takes the heat out of the dish, but I conceded with some raita on this one ☝️
We also bought lamb boti paratha wrap, which didn’t make it home for a photo shoot but was also pretty good.
Well done guys, well worth the 90 minutes stuck in heavy traffic to get hold of the good stuff.
