Instructions
- Heat a frying pan and add all of the dry spices and besan flour. Fry until it slightly changes colour and the smell of the spices are released.
- Take the spices and mix the with the minced beef in a bowl until the spices are fully combined in to the mince, and put to one side.
- In another pan on medium heat, add some oil and fry the chopped onion until golden and caramelised, but not burnt.
- Remove onion from the oil and drain throughly, when they've cooled slightly combine this with the mince which was resting previously. Turn up the pan to medium-high heat in preparation for frying.
- Split the mince mixture in to equal parts (this recipe here is for 4 servings) and shape as patties by hand.
- Fry the patties until cooked through completely. Whilst cooking, prepare your buns by toasting. After the patties are cooked, assemble your burger and enjoy.
