I was never a big fan of any seafood, but when my mother-in-law added prawns to this simple to prepare spicy sauce, I was hooked. Wish just a few ingredients and hardly any time you too can have this delicious meal.

Instructions
- Fry prawns in hot oil until the water has almost evaporated and frying begins again.
- Add garlic and ginger paste, stir a little and cook until the car garlic smell goes.
- Add the spice (masala) mix and salt to the prawns and fry for a minute to release the aromas.
- Add chopped chilli and sliced tomato and try this. The water will come out of the tomato and eventually create a thick sauce.
- Prawns can be eaten at this point, but it's better to add a little water and simmer gently until the sauce thickens again to the desired amount as this will help to soften the prawns.
Notes
Great accompanied by Rice or Naan breads
